Visitors's Pass | Parking | Waiting Areas | Restrooms | Overnight Visitation

At Seven Rivers Regional, we know that visits from friends and family members can greatly benefit our patients. Visits are only limited by the patient’s needs or the wishes of the patient sharing the room. Caregivers may limit visits because of the patient’s need for care or rest.

Visitor's Pass

Federal law requires visitors to enter the hospital using public entrances only. For the safety of our patients, staff and guests, we require all visitors to wear a visitor's pass upon entrance to the hospital.  Passes are available at the main lobby information desk or the Emergency entrance lobby. Between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., visitors should enter the facility through the Emergency entrance. If a visitor is not wearing identification, hospital staff or volunteers may stop him/her and request they wear an ID badge.

Parking

Parking for family members, friends and visitors is provided in a variety of locations around the hospital. Please refer to signage for appropriate places. You are cautioned not to park in reserved areas or under the front entrance canopy of the hospital. These areas are used for admitting and discharging patients as well as for other reasons. Check out our campus map with parking and entrances highlighted.

Waiting Areas

Special designated waiting areas are available to family and friends on each floor of the hospital. The main lobby or the ICU/Surgery Waiting Room on the 1st floor provides comfortable areas for reading or watching television. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, the lobby off the elevators provides quiet waiting areas.

Restrooms

Restrooms are available on the 1st floor just off the main lobby near the Administration entrance, near the ICU/Surgery Waiting Room and in the Ambulatory Surgery Center Waiting Room. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, restrooms are available just off the lobbies.

Overnight Visitation

One family member may stay overnight if the patient has a private room. Overnight visitors must receive permission from the nurse. A sleep chair is available upon request of the nurse. Visitors may not stay overnight in semi-private rooms.
