Gift Shop
The Seven Rivers Gift Shop is located near the main lobby and is operated by the Volunteer Service League. Items available include cards, toiletries, flowers, snacks and gift items.
Mail & Flowers
A member of the Volunteer Service League delivers patient mail and flowers each day. Any mail that arrives after you leave the hospital will be forwarded to your home address. You may send outgoing mail from your room by giving it to one of the volunteers.
Email a Patient
Family and friends may send patients email by clicking here or using Quickfind, then Email a Patient from the home page. The volunteers deliver email each day by 10 a.m., Monday through Friday. Emails received over the weekends or on holidays will be delivered on the next usual business day.
Hearing/Visual Translation Services
Telecommunication devices for hearing impaired patients are available should they be needed. Please contact the nurse who will then make arrangements for you.
Assistance is available for visually impaired patients, as appropriate and necessary. Please contact your nurse.
Patient Hotline
If at any time during at patient's stay there is a question or concern about the care being received, please contact the nurse, physician or dial our Patient Hotline at 352.795.8323.
Web Nursery
As a complimentary service of the Women’s & Family Center, photos of new babies are taken (with the mother’s consent) and placed on the hospital’s web site for family members and friends to review. Click here.
